WB FINANCIAL History
WB FINANCIAL’s slogan is also our mission statement; we strive to provide “distinctively different business finance” through personal account attention, industry leading experience, and a fresh approach to Internet marketing and vendor relationships. While many “equipment leasing companies” are just glorified call-centers filled with telemarketers looking for quick business, you’re always able to reach a real financial advisor with a call to WB FINANCIAL. We take great pride in standing out from the crowd. We are set to become the finance industry’s leading equipment leasing company because of our personal approach to financing equipment and funding commercial loans.
Among the First
Warren Emard (Founder) begins his career with Westinghouse Credit Corporation (WCC), helping build their entire West Coast operation. During that time, he started developing relationships as a funding source for some of the pioneer leasing companies in California, Arizona and Nevada.
Growth, Relationships, Reputation
Warren Emard started his own equipment leasing company after developing key relationships with banks, insurance companies, and other leading lenders across the United States. His company grew to become the largest equipment leasing operation in the Western United States, with over 75 employees and annual sales exceeding $290MM. In the late 1990's, the company was sold to a Wall Street investment firm after years of success.
9/11 and the Changing Finance Industry
The tragic events of 9/11 changed the finance industry overnight. During the tough economy that followed, Warren Emard acted as a senior advisor/consultant to several top equipment leasing companies in California, as well as large national banks. His expertise and relationships within the commercial finance field allowed him to build successful sales, credit, and marketing departments for the organizations he worked with.
WB FINANCIAL Flourishes
Warren Emard founded WB FINANCIAL in 2006 with his long-time partner, Robert Fode and key personnel they've worked with through the years. With many lenders and banks pulling out of the commercial lending market completely, Warren established relationships and lines-of-credit with some of the largest and most successful financial institutions in the United States. Warren brings with him almost 50-years of business lending experience and the finest funding network in the United States.
